What it does
Mark your attendance in two seconds
Open the app, tap Scan the shop code and hold your phone up to the screen at the counter. The camera reads it and you are marked in. The code changes every minute, so nobody can mark for you from home.
Know your shift and your week off
The home screen names today’s shift and its timing, straight from the rota the pharmacy sets. Your own month is one tap away: every day you marked, in and out, and the hours you worked.
Ask for leave or a loan, and see the answer
Send the request from your phone. The owner sees it at once and your screen shows what was decided. Leave sits under Leave, the loan under Loan, each with what you asked and when.
Every payslip, kept for you
When the pharmacy issues a payslip it appears here: days present, overtime, incentive, what was deducted, and the amount written in words. Open any month and save it as a PDF.
Your details, asked once
The first time you sign in the app asks ten things: your name, your father’s name, blood group, your number and somebody else’s for an emergency, where you live and what you studied. The pharmacy prints your ID card from that, and never has to ask you again.
